A simple solution to creating custom tooltips. Add images, video, html, text or even an iframe as a tooltip. Originally, it was developed to provide a glossary solution for a client as part of a website rebuild. A paid plugin on the old site failed to work on the new site and was causing conflicts. So a simple tooltip solution was quickly whipped up to provide the required functionality.

It wasn’t a matter of replicating every function the same. Not even close! It was just a matter of providing a working solution according the the client’s needs. In many cases, there is no need to use paid plugins when lightweight solutions such as these can be developed.
